What is our return policy?
We take great pride in our work and guarantee our products and service. Which means if you are unsatisfied in any way, contact us within ten days of receiving your product so we can work with you to reach a solution.
However, we do not accept returns or refunds based on a change of mind. Only in the rare occurrence of a faulty product or service. Please email email@example.com for further details.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order is placed, we will supply you with tracking information, which will allow you to follow the location of your parcel.
Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Customers must provide a physical shipping address.

From time of dispatch, we aim to deliver retail orders within:
1-3 Business days for QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC & SA
3-7 Business days for NT and TAS
7-10 Business days for WA
How much does domestic shipping cost?
All retail orders over $75 are shipped for free within Australia.
Flat rate of $7.95 for all orders under $75.
